How much does delivery cost?
Post & Packing is FREE to all UK destinations subject to a minimum £10 order value. There are no hidden charges, the price you see is the price you pay once you have qualified with a minimum order value.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are processed and dispatched between 1pm-3pm*. Your order will be sent via 1st class Royal Mail and normally takes 1-2working days for delivery. Orders made after 3pm will be sent on the following days post. Orders placed over the Weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Should your order not arrive within 2-3 working days we are required to wait 10 working days before we are able to assume the items have been 'Lost in Post' Only after 10 working days are we able to offer a resend or a refund.

Do your prices include VAT/Taxes?
For the UK and the Republic of Ireland, all prices displayed are full VAT inclusive!!

Only part of my order has arrived?
Dont panic! Incartridge.Co.UK will sometimes send part orders out.In this situation the client would have been informed of expected delivery for balance and will be sent ASAP.

The most likely cause for this is your browser settings. Please make sure that you have both cookies and javascript enabled. It is also a good idea to delete your temporary internet files.
My printer is US spec. Will cartridges from this site work in my printer?
You will need to check your printer manual for compatibility, in most cases the European cartridges that we sell will not work with US machines, however if you would like us to persue obtaining the correct cartridge configuration this would be possible as my overseas supplier manufactures large quantities for the US market.Our main concern is the initial delivery.
